Hello! I am running Windows XP Professional operating system with Service Pack two installed and I have a question for you. I am using cable internet and I want to know ho I can control download. I mean, can downloading be controlled at all? I hope that you will know more about this then me and that you will help me.

Hello! Well, there is way for controlling downloading, but you will need to use program for downloading. I am using Micro Torrent. In this software you have option for limiting download and upload speeds. I am finding that this is very useful I suggest you to try it. Hope this helps you!
