Oh, that is so true. I can imagine how annoying could be to wait inline to finish your job and printing wirelessly can solve that problem. Advantages are: you can print from desktop, notebook, handheld or Tablet pc from a 10m distance. It’s easy to add new printers to the network, and everything about working place becomes much better (flexible, expandable). There are 2 ways to print wirelessly Wireless LAN and Bluetooth. By connecting your wireless printer to your office WLAN and then all the wireless devices can print to it. In other way add Bluetooth adapter to all the printers in office giving the same “all can print at once” effect. By adding adapters to a printer like it is mentioned previously, you can also give the printing possibility and access to mobile phones you and co-workers use. The best wireless printing according to comments I saw is with laptop. To make your printer available and sharable follow this path: go to Start/ click on Control Panel, go to Printer, go to Sharing tab share the printer, pick a simple name like “hello”, go to Desktop, right click on My computer, go to properties, click “computer name” tab, Check what is computers name, write it down, go to other computer, open printers and faxes in control panel, select add printer, select a network printer, check the second bubble type \\name you wrote down\named printer(hello), hit next
username and password are the same as the one on your desktop, So the major thing is to have wireless network and you can get servers with parallel connectors or USB. Hope you will handle all this and your printing will be loose without all those wires(strings) attached to it. |
