how can i convert psf picture to jpg?

I have edited an image with HP Photosmart software and got .psf extension. I do not know what kind of format this is, but I know that I am not able to open it with any program. This picture in fact is wall paper. May it concern: I use XP Pro OS. I would appreciate any help

Most of the picture viewer doesnt support that format. But I think that I have a clever trick: try to open it again with HP Photosmart and then click on file, then save as I am sure that there are more options for saving and one of them must be jpg extansion. Try to save it like jpg, and youll see that you will open it!
