hotmail hack?

hi I found this guide that shows u how 2 hack another guys hotmail account and I tried doing it as it said and all by the book, but it doesnâ€™t work. I dont know where Im going wrong, can some1 clue me in here?

You know, I hate to burst your bubble, but that article is obviously over 5 years old. Security loopholes usually don't last anywhere near that much. Secondly, I've seen much more effective and imaginative e-mail hacks than that. Finally, discussions like this are illegal and generally frowned upon, so don't expect many replies before the moderators close this one.
