Hello! I have bought wireless mouse and I have tried to install it on my computer. I have plugged mouse’s hub to computer and I have installed properly drivers from installation disc, but my mouse still does not work. I have updated drivers for it, but that did not help me, too. Please, tell me what to do. Thank you very much!

Hello! Well, I think that you did not turn it on properly. Namely, you will see on its hub a button. When you turn your computer on, and when you boot system, you need to press that button. On your mouse maybe you have same button as one on the hub, so, you need to press it, too. If you have not button on your mouse, then you have a tiny whole. You need to use your needle and to prick with it in that whole. After that, your mouse will work.
