Windows XP crashed few days ago and after restart CHKDISK started to scan hard drives. Unfortunately it found many bad sectors on system partition. I am not able to access some data because of bad sectors and I do not know how to repair hem if that is possible at all. I would be grateful for any advice you can give me.

If I understood correctly CHKDISK found bad sectors but it was unable to repair them, right? Then you will have to try some third party tool like HDDRegenerator. This software cost 60USD but it is worth it. Download it and burn on CD. Boot your system with that CD and let it do its work. There is good chance HDDRegenrator will find and repair all bad sectors on your hard drive.
