Hello! I have a lot of pictures on my computer and some of them I want to edit. So, I am interesting for really good photo program. In fact, I want to know more about editing pictures and I am even considering learning how to design. I hope that you will able to recommend me mentioned software. Thank you in advance!

Hello! The best photo software on the market nowadays is Adobe Photoshop. This software is really detailed. But, I must to tell you that you will need some time to learn how to use all of its possibilities. Photoshop is professional photo editing software and when you learn how to use it, you will know everything about design.
