fwrite not writing to file

I’ve been working on a php script that should write some post variables into a text file. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong, but when I run this script it creates the file that contains no data. Does anyone here have some advice for me on how to detect the mistake? Or should I post the script so that someone could check it?

Of course you should post the script! How do you think that we can give you advice on something we haven’t seen? There might be million little typing mistakes you could have made that lead to this kind of problem particularly since it seems to me that you’re new to all these things. Just attach the script to your next post and I will check it for you as soon as I can.
