Trying to configure my ftp services on windows 2000 server, but when ever I try to connect from my other computer with win2k pro I got message that ftp connection is closed. I know that I am doing something wrong, but do not know what. This is killing me! Help, please!

It looks like firewall or router setting. You have to setup router to forward external ftp traffic to ftp server and check if your firewall is blocking ftp ports. Check that on client and server. Also, you have to configure active and passive mode on ftp server.
But, believe it or not, this probably happens because your user name and password are not correct. Check password/user name on server.
