firewalls cannot protect me

Hello! I have installed Comodo and Zone Alarm free firewall software. But, firewalls cannot protect me. I had few attacks on my machine and infections, off course. I do not know which firewall software I should install beside these to be completely protected. Please, advice me on this. Thank you very much!

Hello! As I understood you have now two firewalls on your machine?!? I do not know who told you that you should have two firewalls installed and active at same time… Comodo and Zone Alarm cannot work together. If you want to be well protected choose just one of them (not both of them), because when both of them are active they are in conflict and you actually do not have any firewall protection.
