I had no idea about this till few days a go at all. But, I have learned some new things about IPv6 traffic and I also found out that windows firewall is not blocking this protocol at all. In fact ICF is blind for the IPv6 in total! Luckily I never had any interaction with the hack attack or something similar. Anyway, I want to protect my self in the future, and I would like to know which one (firewall) does handle IPv6 for good? Thanks in advance.

Good for you that you noticed that. ICF does not own the possibility to track and to prevent any outgoing connection by the way. Just incoming ones. Which firewall as the substitute? Well, there is one with the most greatest look called Zone Alarm Pro. You have probably heard of it. That’s my warm recommendation.
