Hello. I have heard that Ewido version 4.0 has the ability to use the already downloaded updates for the AVG antivirus software and spyware. Is this true? I need to know because I use dial up modem, and I dont like the interface of the AVG solution. I have Ewido Micro prepared for installation, but if Micro doesnt have the support for overtaking AVGs updates I will refuse to install it, because of my slow connection speed. Thanks in advance.

Yes it is somehow true. Ewido is actually AVG if you didnt knew. The same thing with the different name, and newer look. I saw both and I dont think that the interface for Ewido is prettier than AVGs solution as you called it. Ewido Micro is just antispyware, so I think that you better leave your current version of AVG (7.5 right?) because it is all in one solution.
