Hey there! I’d like to disable USB devices from being installed on the computers in our network. Of course, it’s just storage devices I want to prevent from installing not mouses and keyboards. I don’t know how to do that and was unable to find the solution by googling. Do I need to write some kind of script perhaps? I would really appreciate if someone here could help me on this!

It seems your friend has a corrupted address book problem, and you have a spelling and punctuation problem. Ignoring the latter, the former can be verified easily. Have her open Outlook Express, and bring up the address book (from the menu or the icons, it shold be there somewhere). Tell her to look for the contact in question, the one whose e-mail address doesn't seem to work. Read the address carefully – in 90% of these cases, the address was originally misspelled, possibly with a "," instead of a "." When you correct that, the contact should function again.
