Hello! I have eMachines 620 computer and a problem with it. I have Windows XP Pro SP 2 operating system. My problem is following: when I boot DVD media to my DVD drive, I am getting error message saying that I should insert DVD to DVD drive. I am sure that DVD driver is a problem, so, can you tell me where to find it.

Hello! First of all, I can tell you that driver is not cause of this problem. Try to boot some other DVD media. If this does not work, then here you can do: You will need to boot Safe Mode. When you boot it, go to device Manager and from there remove (delete) DVD drive. After you do this, reboot computer and boot system normally. After you do this, your system will automatically detect your DVD drive. But if it does not, then update firmware. If this does not help too, you will need new DVD drive.
