I have a problem with gaming fro home network. I have two computers and Linksys router. I can access internet without problems but I can not log on any gaming server. I have tried from both computers and result is the same. When I connect computer directly to cable modem then I can access gaming servers. I suspect that problem is with router but I do not know what to look for. Can you help me with this problem?

Hello. You will have to forward ports on your router to be able to play games without direct connection. All routers have closed ports for security reasons. Enter router configuration utility and find something like "Applications and Gaming" entry. In this part of configuration utility you can open ports that your games are using and to give access to only certain computers on your network to these ports. After this you will be able to play games.
