crashing or freezing during a gameplay

I like to play games and I do very often. My computer is couple years old. I have installed some new games on it and then my problems start. Sometimes my game crashes, sometimes my computer just freeze, so I have to press button for restart. I think it is hardware problem. What do you think what become broken?

I think that it is hardware problem, but I am sure that nothing is broken. Todays games are much demanded. They need very good, fast and strong hardware, so if your hardware is not like that, it is normal to have crashes and freezes. Also, some of games are full of bugs. Maybe this could be your problem, too.
