Hello to you! I was having the regular working day at my home. Typing some reports, printing and then when I decided to shut it down and call everything off for that evening, my PC refuses to be turned off and then just restarted itself on its own. What can I say then that PC is asking for independence or starting to be some kind of workaholic. “Job party animal” I breed here must say and it isn’t me that I am talking about. Please don’t turn me to my boss, lol. Not that I am seriously thinking, that my PC is going to overdo with the work and ruin its health, lol, just not being able to shut down my own PC, considering myself as “down to Earth person”, so I call this a technical problem. Any solution I can get from you?

Hi, honestly I think anyone would agree with on this matter unless if 2 of you are having main roles in some “computers attack “SF horror movie. I can only write what I heard that could solve your problem. Must say never had that one, so I never tried this solution. But, never say never, heh. You could deselect if it’s on the “automatic restart “option. Go to Start /right click on My Computer/ Properties / click on Advanced tab / click on “settings” button under “Startup an recovery option / go system failure - uncheck “automatically restart “ box if it was already checked / go Apply and continue with your job or get some rest, your choice. That option, by the way, exists for emergency cases of some sudden error happening, so you could hit the “restart button”. If this didn’t help then you have some in a way bigger problem: damaged or incompatible hardware, damaged exit sound file, incompatible, conflicted or damaged programs , software or device driver. Hope these are not reasons for your current PC problem headache!
