CPU shut down then it won't restart

Hello! I am Mickey and I have really severe problem. Yesterday my computer just shut down and since then I am not able to boot my windows XP. I hardly can get POST screen with some strange beeps. I am not able to access BIOS or Safe Mode. I hope that you will tell me what is wrong with my computer.

Hello, Mickey! It is obvious that you have hardware problem. I think that your power supply unit not working very well and because of that your processor prevents booting because on that way it prevents damage. I suggest you to change your power supply unit with new branded and strong one and your problem will be solved.
