I have bought new CD-RW device. Every device I bought before had a device driver on CD or floppy disk, but person who sold me this did not give me any drivers. Does this mean that I have to find drivers by myself on internet or there is some other way to install CD-RW device. Thank you in advance for your time.

Hello. You do not need drivers for CD-RW device. All optical devices are using the same, standardized driver that is built into Windows. So, you just have to connect power supply to CD-RW and to connect device with motherboard via IDE cable. When you power up computer Windows will automatically recognize new device and install proper drivers.
