Well this is strange, for me at least. Suddenly all that suppose to be “secure”, became forbidden for me, in a way. I wanted to open some Microsoft secure sites, including MSN one from Internet Explorer. All the time getting that annoying “can not connect to this page..page not available blah blah “notification. What’s going on here?

As a complete ignorant, I showed up here just to tell you that I know how you feel, had the same problem awhile ago. Only difference, was not secure sites issue, it was on global http:/ level, nothing available to me anymore. Felt like I was trapped in some forbidden Internet virtual city area. At the end my problem was caused by some malware, forgot the name, Trojan spam what ever it was. Not sure same thing going on in your case, could be settings mess, firewall made them forbidden, who knows.
