Hello. It is a strange problem that I haven’t seen, jet. I suppose that something deleted uninstall key from registry. Maybe some virus, or if you have made registry cleanup with some software tool… This is just guessing. Anyway, key is not there. What options do you have? Might try to restore system state using system restore. I suppose you know the procedure. This should work, no reason not to work if you choose restore point that had a complete registry. Another option that is in my mind is a peace of software with name MyUninstaller. This does what Add Remove Programs do, only in more detailed and efficient way. If this utility relay on the same Uninstall registry key only, this will be of no help, but if it somehow collect uninstall information from the system, this might work. I have no other idea on how to solve your problem. Let me know if any of this worked.
