| Hello! I have tried to upgrade my older personal Zone Alarm version to the newest Zone Alarm Professional version, but only I do is making mess on my computer. Namely, I have tried to over right old version and that did not work, so, I have tried with older version to reinstall existing, etc. Help! |

| Hello! Next time, please, do not make that what you just have done. I will try to explain you some things: be very careful with security programs and always first uninstall completely previous version and install new one. That will prevent problems. With removing this mess use removal tool and when you remove it, install the newest version of Zone Alarm Pro. |
