Zone Alarm not allowing download

I have an issue with ZoneAlarm firewall. It is not allowing downloads at all. Everything was working perfectly until few days ago. I am sure that I have open ports in firewall but it seems that firewall is blocking these ports now and I can not make it to unblock them. Do you have any idea how to solve this problem?

Yes, I have an idea. Ditch Zone Alarm and use some decent firewall. Then you will not have problems with downloads. Zone Alarm has a long history of making various problems with internet connection and you are not only men that experienced download blocking. I had similar experience with Zone Alarm, too. But it was not allowing internet access at all in my case.
