| Hello! I am using Windows XP Pro operating system with SP2 installed and my default browser is Internet Explorer 6. I have cable internet connection and since I have installed Zone Alarm Pro firewall software, I cannot get any site, cannot play any video or see any image. My friend thinks that ZA Pro is cause of this problem, but I am not sure… |

| Hello! Generally speaking, your friend is right (but not quite right). But, you do not need to uninstall Zone Alarm Pro firewall software. Only you need to do is to allow in Zone Alarm Pro settings accessing to the internet, playing videos and showing images. I have same problem some time ago and I have solved it on mentioned way. |
