| I think that you have done something wrong. Maybe you reinstalled the whole program together with the new license and that you have erased the whole database with it. My suggestion is that you contact the manufacturer’s support and to ask them what to do. I suppose that they can send you updates or something similar. Or if you don’t have a dial up connection, but some faster internet, you can easily update the base. Anyway I don’t think that it’s a big problem. Next time you renew your license, be careful how you install it. For the time being, don’t forget to turn on Windows firewall as a means of protection. |
