Hello! For some time I use Zone Alarm pro. Because I was not so satisfied with its performances, I have decided to upgrade it to newer version. I have downloaded newest update and installed it. Everything went smoothly, but when I tried to restart Zone Alarm Pro, I could not. So, now I cannot use nor old nor new version! Please, tell me what to do?

Hello! You have really big problem and I can tell you that you will need to contact ZAP technical support, because that is known issue. Well, I can only tell you that there is no uninstaller and that you will need manually to remove updates from your system if you want your ZAP to work.
