| Hello! I am running Windows XP Professional operating system with Service Pack 2 installed and recently I have installed ZoneAlarm Pro. Since then, I have a problem with internet access, with running some programs, etc. It seems to me that ZoneAlarm Pro blocks everything. Am I right regard this? Thank you in advance. |

| Hello! Well, you are right. But, you have this problem because you have not configured well your ZoneAlarm Pro firewall software. You will need to open it and to access to its settings and there make your permissions (which program can be opened and run, internet access, etc). Hope this helps you! |
