Just curious, really. After some nasty P2P experiences, I'm using Shadow Cast Filter, and it's been great. What do people around here use for protection? (Ahem, against IP scanners working for The Man, I mean.) And five us the why, too, if there is a reason.

My vote is to Peerguardian, for all your P2P IP security needs. Other than that, check out the following links. Some of them are old, mind you, but you should be able to find good info in there.
