Yahoo Messenger with voice

I have heard that Yahoo has developed new version of their instant messaging program which they call now Yahoo Messenger with Voice. I do not understand the name because previous versions also had voice chat capability with plain microphone and headphones. Can you tell me what is the difference between older and this new version?

Yahoo Messenger with Voice is quite an improvement in comparison to older Yahoo instant messaging programs. With voice does not mean that you can chat with microphone (you can, as in older version, but it is not the point) but that they have introduced features like you have in Skype. So, you can telephone your friends and talk with them, you can even assign telephone number to your computer and use it over Yahoo network.
