XP won't complete boot

Hello! I have one ugly problem here. I am using Windows XP Home edition OS. My computer is AMD Athlon 3400+ machine. The problem is next kind. When I want to boot computer it can’t complete that process. There is some problem with the booting. Does anybody know what is good to do? Thanks for your advice or opinion.

Hi! So, you have a problem with the booting. That is not very usual problem. It is possible that something is wrong with your hardware inside PC case. Maybe the some chip or something else has died. You need to take your PC to the service. I think that is best idea.
