| Hello. Reboot your computer and enter the safe mode. Tap your F8 key rapidly while booting. When you see a list of choices to boot, than select safe mode. When Windows loads into safe mode, than type the services.msc inside your run box and find System Restore service there. Right click on properties and start the service if it is stopped. Or enable it if it is disabled. Than reboot, log in normally and try again. But, it might happen you dont have any restore point, because disabling the service, automatically deletes all restore points. |
