Hello people. I my computer is not present with me when I am about to turn it off. When I click on the turn off button, the whole shutdown process begins normal, the icons disappear first, than the explorer turns off, logging off sound, saving your setting .... and it just keeps standing there. I cant tell is this caused by my mistake somehow or there is something else, but I dont want to turn my computer off by holding the power button no more. How to fix this? Thanks.

Microsoft has published hotfix regarding this. You can download it and fix everything. Search for the Q307274 article on their site. It is a known bug if you have welcome screen somehow turned on or you have East Asian Language support installed on your system and your Input Method Editor is selected as your default input language. You just need to download small piece of code (hotfix) and install that.
