I have two computers in my network. And they have different OS. So, I have XP and Win2k networking. I don’t know if that can make some problems. So, before I connect them, I would like to know if they are compatible or not. Does anybody have experience with this kind of thing? Please share information that you have.

I really don’t think that you will have problem because of different OS. I don’t see the valid reason. I don’t have experience with this two OS. But I have experience with Vista and Win XP. And you know how vista is new, and that there are still a lot of problems with it. And I didn’t have any problem making network connection. I didn’t have problem to set this two computer to share internet. So, like you see I think that you will not have problem with your computer. At least that is my opinion about this. But like I said, I don’t have experience with this two OS. So I don’t have clue how they will act in combination.

They are compatible. The OS doesn't matter.
