I want to restrict the use of my operative system. I have Windows XP installed, and my twins have grown up and are eager to play games on my PC. I do not think that spending too much time on the computer is good for the kids, so I would like to keep them away from it most of the time. How can I restrict their usage? Any hints?

I think it is very smart thing to do. And I also have to add – the sooner you do it, the better. If kids get used to spend most of their time by the PC, it will be much harder to control them and keep them far away from it. As I am not a pro when it comes to PCs I will tell you what I did – I password protected my XP so they can not log into it. They are angry at me from time to time, they beg me to tell them what the password is, but I won’t let them find out. So, I let them use PC twice a week, for an hour.
