I have recently been working on several documents in MS Word. I will need to convert these to PDF format for printing it. However, it would be crucial for me to preserve all the hyperlinks, and I know that conversion of formats is not always successful in that respect. If anyone has any suggestions, it would be great.

I am sure you will need preserving the hyperlinks. The only way to do that is to use the PDF maker option. You can do that from your MS Word, but only if you have compatible versions of both Word and Adobe Acrobat. Know that simple Adobe Reader will not do the job, you need a complete version with all the options. It would be preferable if you had Adobe Acrobat version 7 or 8, with the newest MS Word, but if not, version 5 will do the trick, but you need to have earlier version of Word than 2003. I hope everything will work out for you. Best of luck.
