Hi! I have a problem with my Word 2000 – whenever I try to start it, wither from the shortcut or from a document, it crashes right after the splash screen! I've installed SP updates up to sp3 but it didn't help. And I have repaired the whole office but nothing happened. Any suggestions?

Um you sure its SP 3 you've got? Well anyway, I can think of few more things to try: One, search for and delete all instances of a file called 'normal.dot.' Word should recreate it later, but that's OK. Two, check support.microsoft.com and search for a similar problem in their FAQ. Three, try reinstalling either Office or Windows. Or both.
