OK, this seems kinda weird to me, but...
I installed a new 1g memory card in my dell latitude d400 with Windows XP and Office 2000. It has been in for 2 weeks now and until today I noticed no problems. When I tried to open Word 2000 today it just crashed immediately, with no error message or anything. I tried running it in safe mode with the "winword.exe /a" command, but that crashed too after a few seconds. Nothing I could figure out would fix it, so I tried removing the card, and it started working again. I then reinstalled it in the other memory slot under the keyboard and of course, same crashing problem. So now I am wondering what the hell is the problem and how can I fix it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. If I try anyting else, or get it working I'll post a reply.

Thanks
James

Update - It is not only Word that is doing this, but also excel, powerpoint, and outlook.
