Wireless keyboard is useless

Hello! I have a problem with my keyboard. It is wireless keyboard that is connected with my pc. I have PC Pentium 4 computer. That is AMD Athlon 3300+ 64 bit machine. Recently I bought new wireless keyboard and it can’t work. I think that is useless. Does anybody have any idea what to do? Thanks!

Hi! Well, you bought new wireless keyboard and now it’s without signals of life. I think that I can suggest you something. Check for warranty, do you have that document? If is still possible you can reclaim it, but if not I suggest you to buy another keyboard. That is my suggestion mate.
