Hey there! I have a problem with my wireless connection since yesterday. It just disconnects for no particular reason and I cannot connect again until I reboot my computer. I have a netgear mr814v2 router. The system log shows the following: Mar 22 22:12:38 localhost kernel: com.cisco.nke.ipsec: removed or deactivated interface: (en1). I wasn’t trying to make a VPN connection although I have a Cisco vpn client installed. What do you think could be wrong with my wireless?
I’ve had the same problem, asked I few people and no one could explain what’s happening.
I’ve tried all different things and settings with no luck but a week ago I’ve managed to make it work OK and it’s working good even now. I have a 3com router and I changed the router's wireless setting so that "g Nitro" is disabled. I don’t know if it will work with your netgear router but I just thought you should know.
