| Bit of a strange situation here lemme explain: I'm picking up signals from two different APs, one on channel 2 and one on channel 9. Somehow, don't ask me how, the SSID is the same for both of these. The connection on channel 9 is vastly inferior to the other one. Now, the problem is windows detects the same SSID and defaults to the channel 9 (because it's stronger), so I'm getting the crappy connection through no fault of my own. Is there any way of specifying which channel is on which AP, if the SSID is the same? |

Not sure if I understood all that correctly, but can't you just switch the SSID on one of the APs to something else? Like, directly?
