I just installed WinFax PRO 10.02 on my system but it’s done something to it and now I can’t open any Winword documents. I keep on getting the same message over and over again: "Winword has caused an error in VBE6.DLL". Has anyone else had this kind of problem? What can I do to fix it? Thanks a lot!

This is a fairly common problem that appears after installing either of the following:
- Norton SystemWorks 2002
- WinFax PRO 10.02
- WinFax Basic Edition 10.02
It happens because of the Word macro for WinFax that comes with these Symantec programs. You can go to getfaxing.com/products.htm and download a free trial macro that will replace the existing one and it will solve your problem. Anyway, if you don’t want the macro for WinFax and Word, try the Symantec searching for the other solution on the Symantec site.
