Windows folder disappeared because of virus?

Hello. I have one irritating problem. The thing that makes me mad Is that I dont have clue how to solve it. So I hope that some of you has experience with this kind of things. Did anybody hear about Windows folder disappeared because of virus? How can I solve it? Thank you in advance.

I understand your problem very well. I was very mad when exactly the same thing happened to me. My Windows folder disappeared . I did not understand how thing like that can happen. But that is not the whole problem. So I knew the source of my problem, but I didnt know how to solve it. So I first tried with anti virus programs. They didnt succeed to find the virus. So I tried to find file by name. But that didnt help also. So on the end I reinstalled my computer. I knew that the damage is too big, and that it was the matter of time for my system to crash. But it doesnt mean that you will have to do that.
