Hello! I have cable internet and I want to know is there any chance to send and receive faxes over cable internet. I have heard that it cannot be done and that is why I have bought dial up fax modem. I am running Windows XP OS. Please tell me what I should to do to make this possible. Thank you in advance!

Hello! Well, you will need dial up fax modem. You need to connect it with phone line. To send and receive faxes: click start, go to Control Panel, open Printers and Faxes and click on Install a local fax printer and follow wizard to the end. After installation, you will find your fax program in Communications under Accessories. Only you need to do to send fax is to click on Send a fax.
