First open windows media player, then click the arrow under library tab, then click media sharing. Dialog box will appear an in it check box share my media. In the list of devices below share my media, select appropriate device, and then click allow. If you dont want to allow your younger sister to have access to all files, you can specify which files you will share with her. Just do following:
Click on arrow tab under library tab, and then click media sharing, then settings. Now media sharing-default settings box will appear. Now you can choose which media type she can share with you
