Hello. I am considering buying a new notebook. Most notebooks that are in my price range have Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 950 as a video card. I would like to use Vista on this laptop but I am not sure if this video card supports Aero visual style. Searching internet for this info gave me conflicting reports. Can you confirm to me if this graphics card meets Vista requirements?

As far as I know, this card should work with Vista Aero style. You should make sure that it is using enough system memory to be able to handle it, thou. After all, when you go to purchase laptop look for one that has "Windows Vista Premium ready" label. Then you can not go wrong and this laptop will (most probably) have Vista preinstalled.
