Win Word Error message

When I close Word I receive following error: WinWord Caused an Invalid Page Fault in Module Word.exe. This is not some problem because everything works just fine but it annoys me and I want to find out how to repair Word. I would be very grateful if you could give me some hints what to do with this error.

To fix this error you will have to recreate your Normal.dot file. Do a search for this file and when you find it delete it. Go to system tools and then to disk cleanup. Check system drive (I guess it is C: ) an then check temporary files in Files to delete dialog box. Click OK and wait for process to finish. When it finishes start Word an it will recreate Normal.dot file. Now you will be able to close Word without any error messages.
