Hi! I have tried to format my windows XP operating system, but I couldnt. I boot my installation cd and I have tried quick format- didnt work. Then I have tried full format and didnt work again. I really do not know what else I can do nor why I have this problem. I kindly ask you for help.

This problem occurred because you have made bad partitions or because your hard drive is finished with its work (I mean died). To be sure what of these two possibilities is, use Partition Magic and try to make partitions with it. After that you should try to install XP OS. If you cant do that, then I think you need new hard disk.
