After more than ten years using of Norton Utilities, and among them the WinDoctor, a new program arises – BL corp WinCleaner. I have heard that it is better in detection of unnecessary files. Can anyone confirm or deny this? I think I will try it out, but I want to know other people’s experiences.

Basically, the main advantage of WinCleaner is that it is a stand alone program, while Norton Windoctor is a part of a larger package, Norton Utilities. However if you regularly use all of the Norton Utilities, than this cannot be a problem to you. Nevertheless, it is not a problem if you use more programs of this type at the same time, while using multiple AV programs is not allowed.
