: Hi there! First of all, yes its a tough question. We also here are having debates for that matter. Some say Linux some say Windows. Both of the OSs have their advantages and weaknesses. Not to mention that Linux is free and Windows not. In time maybe Linux will beat Windows, but Microsoft wants to gain law pursuit for some of their ideas that have been copied in Linux editions. Now we all now that Big daddy wont give his piece of cake to some nice nerds who want to share their sweat and tears with the free world. Some ancient proverb says Money drills, where drill wont. From my point of view, that is a trivial question. And only the time will tell. I would like that Linux beat Windows, but who am I to talk when Im typing this on XP
