Hello. I have a problem with USB. I have USB 2.0 and it is sometimes so slow that I think it is slower then old USB 1.0. It can transfer data at reasonable speed (still slower then expected speed) only when I am not working anything on computer. Do you have any idea what might cause such behavior?

I guess you are talking about USB flash drive here. Have you tried it in another USB ports on your computer and on another computer. If it does not work well on another computer then you have a problem with USB flesh drive. Otherwise you might have a problem with insufficient power supply unit.
